Ball Physics is the public name of this website. Darwinian Angel Ltd operates it and is the data controller responsible for your personal information: company number 14715407, registered in England and Wales, 71–75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London, United Kingdom, WC2H 9JQ. Its ICO registration reference is ZC180810.

This notice covers BallPhysics.com only. BallPhysics.app and the iOS app have their own separate privacy information.

In brief

• You do not need an account to read the website or contact us.
• We do not run our own custom analytics, and the website does not send game attempts or scores to us.
• We use Lovable’s built-in Visitor Analytics to understand overall website traffic.
• There is no contact form. If you email us, your email is handled by our email provider.
• Game progress and settings are saved in your own browser.

Visitor analytics

The published website uses Lovable Visitor Analytics, a feature of the platform that hosts it. We use it to see overall visit numbers, countries, traffic sources, popular pages, devices and website growth, so we can improve the site. We see aggregate reports, not profiles of individual visitors.

According to Lovable’s documentation, the feature does not build visitor profiles, follow people across separate visits or link visits to a signed-in account. Producing aggregate reports can still involve technical information from your device or browser, such as a session identifier and the pages you request, so we do not describe this analytics as anonymous.

We are asking Lovable for further details about how this feature stores information on devices and what choices it supports for visitors. We will update this notice when we have them. If you have questions or wish to object to analytics, email info@darwinianangel.com. Sending an email does not by itself switch off analytics in your browser.

When you email us

The Contact page links to hello@ballphysics.com. The website itself does not submit or save messages. If you choose to email us, our email provider processes your address, message and attachments so we can read and reply.

Please share only what your enquiry needs, and avoid sensitive information or private details about children and other people.

Games and browser storage

Our legacy physics games save best scores, daily progress, tour choices and settings in your browser. These saves are not sent to us and stay until you reset them or clear your browser’s site data. The website also removes an old analytics identifier we no longer use.

Hosting and security

Like any website, our hosting and platform services process technical information such as IP addresses, requested pages, times and errors to deliver and protect the site. Your browser also requests fonts from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address as part of that request.

Accounts

Public content does not require an account. The website contains optional sign-in, used for protected administration. If an account is used, Lovable Cloud processes the email address, sign-in information and profile details needed to operate it.

Older records

Before our custom analytics was removed, page-view and game-attempt events were recorded in a Ball Physics database. Those older records are retained while we check their precise source and ownership; they have not been deleted. Removing the old browser identifier does not delete them.

Who handles information

• Lovable — website hosting, Visitor Analytics and Lovable Cloud accounts and records.
• Our email provider — emails you send us.
• Google Fonts — font delivery.

Music streaming services and BallPhysics.app have their own privacy information once you follow a link to them.

How long we keep information

We keep information only as long as needed for the purpose it was collected for: emails while needed to deal with your enquiry and any follow-up, account information while the account is in use, and historic records while their review is completed. Analytics reports are kept by Lovable under its own arrangements.

Your rights

Depending on the circumstances, you can ask to access, correct or erase your personal information, restrict or object to its use, or receive a portable copy. Where we rely on consent, you can withdraw it. Email info@darwinianangel.com; we normally respond within one month. Please do not send passwords or identity documents unless we ask.

You can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk/make-a-complaint or on 0303 123 1113.

Children and young people

Young people may visit the website and play its games. We do not ask for ages, and no account is needed. If you are young and unsure what to share, ask a trusted adult for help, and please do not include private details about teammates or other children in an email.
